Sheriff’s Office Closes Illegal Gambling Hub at Rocky’s Roadhouse in Lansing

Ingham County Sheriff’s Deputies recently took action to shut down a major illegal gambling hub which had been operating out of the permanently closed building of Rocky’s Roadhouse in Delhi Township, near Lansing. The sheriff’s office had received tips from the public about the suspected operation at the former tavern in October, sparking an investigation.

After months of gathering evidence, detectives executed a search warrant on Wednesday, promptly seizing multiple gaming devices and other items as evidence. The Delhi Township Fire Department were also called to the scene and officially condemned the building at 2470 N. Cedar Street for fire code violations.

The investigation remains active and those with any information are encouraged to contact Detective Ryan Cramer at 517-676-8257.
